Continued use of the Service after the update implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Guatemala. Any controversy arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved before the competent courts of Guatemala City.
